What is the availability of this package?
Tack Room Social: Availability opens three days out and can be self–booked 30 days out.
VIP Brickyard or Buy Out: There is a 2-week out minimum for booking inquiries. Availability is on a first-come first-served basis.
Can guests under 21 be in this space?
The only instance in which minors can be in The Tack Room is if it is bought out for a Private Event. This area is strictly 21+ while open to the public.
What activities are in The Tack Room?
Bonus Bucks are used to play in our arcade and attractions. This includes laser tag, rock wall, bowling, timber town, and our arcade. Bonus Bucks cannot be used to purchase food and beverages.
Is gratuity charged
VIP Brickyard/Buy Out - There is a 20% service charge on events.
What are Bonus Buck cards used for?
Bonus Bucks are used to play our arcade games and attractions. This includes laser tag, rock wall, timber town, and our arcade. Bonus Bucks cannot be used to purchase food and beverages.
Can I bring Decor?
We provide plates, napkins, and utensils. You may bring specific or themed décor if you have a preference.

Please note, we do not allow helium balloons, confetti, pinatas, or for items to be taped/tacked on to our walls or ceilings.

The package minimum is firm. You may have less guests than the minimum, however the price point (and included items) will be for the package minimum.
We have guests under the age of 21. Can we book an event in the Tack Room bar?
VIP Brickyard: No, all guests must be 21+ to reserve a VIP Brickyard bowling event in the Tack Room.
Buy Out: Yes, guests of all ages are welcome for a Tack Room Buy Out.
