Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Waiver needed for?
A waiver is needed for guests to play laser tag, rock wall, or timber town at Langer’s!

It can be filled out online HERE or can be filled out day-of through our QR Sign Up code.

It only needs to be completed once! Guests check in at Guest Services to receive their waiver wristband day-of.
What can bonus bucks be used on?
Bonus Bucks are used to play in our arcade and attractions. This includes laser tag, rock wall, Timber town, and our arcade. Please see HERE for attractions and their prices.

Bonus Bucks cannot be used to purchase food and beverages.
What is availability for this package?
Sports Parties – Availability opens three days out and can be self-booked 30 days out.

Field Trips – Availability opens three days out and can be self-booked 60 days out. Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays prior to 3:00PM.

Grad Nights – Please send an inquiry to the event team. Spaces fill up fast and planning starts months in advance!
Can We Purchase Additional Food?
Party Tables – Additional food and beverages can be purchased day-of at the Eats & Sweets counter.

Field Trips – A Pizza/drink ticket is available to purchase during the booking process.

Grad Nights – There are a few options for food selections! Start an inquiry with the event team to learn more.
Can I Bring Outside Snacks or Beverages?
We do not allow outside food, snacks, beverages, or juice.

We only allow outside celebratory dessert (i.e. cake, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts)! However, we do not allow ice cream or ice cream cake.
We've got something for everyone; from your most adventurous employee, to the biggest curmudgeon. 
Can I bring Decor?
We provide plates, napkins, and utensils. You may bring specific or themed décor if you have a preference.

Please note, we do not allow helium balloons, confetti, pinatas, banners, or for items to be taped/tacked on to our walls, glass, tables, or ceilings.

I Have a Guest with Dietary Restrictions.
Our kitchen prepares a high volume of food, and cross contamination of allergens is possible.

For strict dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring in an individually packaged food item for that guest.

We require approving this outside food once you have booked your event successfully.
