Rent one (or more) of our Cascade event rooms to give you and your team a private spot right in the middle of the action! The included $30 bonus cards can be spent on any of our attractions and in the arcade so your guests can decide how to have fun! Your private party host will handle the event so you can sit back, relax, and focus on your guests having a blast!

Where/what is this space?

The Cascade Rooms are very versatile! Located on the main floor of our building right in the middle of the action with easy access to Laser tag, Rock wall and The Arcade! These rooms can accommodate for group sizes from 10-100! Space provided is based off of total head count and can be discussed with the events department.

Is Gratuity charged?

There is a 20% service charge on events.

What is availability for this package?

There is a 2-week out minimum for booking inquiries. Availability is on a first-come first-served basis.

What are Bonus Buck cards used for?

Bonus Bucks are used to play in our arcade and attractions. This includes laser tag, rock wall, timber town, and our arcade. Please see HERE for attractions and their prices.

Bonus Bucks cannot be used to purchase food and beverages.

Can I bring Decor?

We provide plates, napkins, and utensils. You may bring specific or themed décor if you have a preference.

Please note, we do not allow helium balloons, confetti, pinatas, or for items to be taped/tacked on to our walls or ceilings.

What food options are there?

We have our wonderful buffet selection available for the Cascade private room package. See our options HERE for details and pricing.

We allow outside dessert. However we do not allow ice cream or ice cream cakes.

We do not allow outside food, snacks, or beverages.

I Have a Guest with Dietary Restrictions.

Our kitchen prepares a high volume of food, and cross contamination of allergens is possible.

Review our buffet options and let us know in communication any dietary needs.

For strict dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring in an individually packaged food item for that guest.

We require approving this outside food once you have booked your event successfully.

I have less guests than the package minimum.

The package minimum is firm. You may have less guests than the minimum, however the price point (and included items) will be for the package minimum.
