We’re excited to announce a few changes coming to Langer’s, but to implement them, we’ll shutting down for a few days to install new systems and train our staff. From 9/12 – 9/15 we’ll be closed.
During that time, we’ll be doing the following:
Switching to a new Arcade Card system
This is the big one. We’ll be switching arcade card systems. Don’t worry though, all your hard-earned tickets, money, and bonus bucks will all transfer to the new system.
This is a ton of work but will be getting us improved functionality you folks have been asking for including:
Checking your card balance on our website or by scanning the QR code located on the card itself
Additional kiosks (Now 7 total!) for less time waiting in line
Purchasing cards online (Coming soon!)
Additional redemption scanners to help move through lines quicker in the rewards center
Rolling out the Logger Rewards Program
With our new card system in place, we'll be able to roll out our brand-new rewards program! It's a pretty simple tier system based on how much you've spent on your card at Langer's and gives you a discount on arcade & attractions play when you've hit those tiers. These discounts can be combined with ALL our current arcade & attractions promotions (Including the one we're announcing below!) That means if you're here on a TWOSDAY or during Happy Hour and you're a "Bull of the Woods" you're getting an additional 15% off those two dollar or half-off games of laser tag!
Joining the Logger rewards program is free, and simple. Just register your card with your information at our kiosks, and you're done! Now every time you swipe your card to play, you're one step closer to the next tier! These are tracked on an individual card level, so remember to use your card every time you come, if you lose it, it's registered so we can re-issue it for you!
Tier 1 - Homeguard
Spent $500 - 5% Discount on Arcade & Attractions Play
HOMEGUARD: A permanent or long-time logger of one company.*
Tier 2 - High Climber
Spent $1000 - 10% Discount on Arcade & Attractions Play
HIGH CLIMBER: The man who tops and prepares a high-lead tree. Since his is the most dangerous job in industry, he is permitted to be the only prima donna in the woods.*
Tier 3 - Bull of the Woods
Spent $2500 - 15% Discount on Arcade & Attractions Play
BULL OF THE WOODS: The camp foreman, logging superintendent, or bull of bulls of a crew or crews.*
This is just the beginning of the Logger rewards program, so stay tuned as it gets expanded and tweaked!
All aspects of the Logger rewards program are subject to change.
Big Winner Wednesday!
Big Winner Wednesday is our newest promotion, all-day Wednesday all our arcade games* will give out double tickets! Making your jackpots twice as nice. This promotion can be combined with Happy Hour (That's essentially 4x tickets from 3pm - 6pm!), and our new rewards program. Starting Wednesday 9/21.
*Excludes Card Redemption Machine, the card dispensing games themselves will give out double tickets.
We're so excited to bring all these improvements to you!
See you on the 16th!

Langer’s Entertainment Center is excited to announce their latest way to give back to the community: Make-A-Difference Monday. Every Monday starting January 10th in 2022 Langer’s will be partnering with a different non-profit organization and donating 100% of the bowling & shoe rental revenue towards that non-profit. “Langer’s is a place for the community to gather and have fun, we take pride in being part of the community and strive to give back to local organizations and Oregonians in need” said general manager Parker Vogt.
“Our family is thankful to have lived and worked in Oregon for six generations. We love our community and by partnering with organizations we believe Make-A-Difference Mondays will lend a helping hand to current and future generations of Oregonians,” said Langer family spokesman Matt Langer.
“Now you and the family can have a fun night out bowling and feel good knowing you will be giving back to the community,” explained marketing manager Ryan Barajas “We have already partnered with many wonderful local organizations, including Ducks Unlimited, Oregon MESA, and Sherwood Youth Baseball. Extra funds to these groups have assisted wildlife conservation, underserved students, and youth sports,” Barajas continued. Langer’s is looking forward to partnering with many more organizations in our community.
January's tentative Dates:
January 10th: The Robin Hood Skirmish - Funds to help kids purchase lacrosse gear and lower registration costs.
January 17th: Oregon MESA - Equips teachers to help underserved middle and high school students excel in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) through hands-on invention education.
January 24th: Sherwood Police Foundation - Promotes the highest level of public safety and security by ensuring that the Sherwood Police possess the necessary tools, resources, training and programs to effectively and safely serve our community.
January 31st: Ducks Unlimited - Funds to help wetlands & waterfowl habitat conservation.
There are still quite a few openings in the 2022 calendar. Organizations can apply to Make-A-Difference Mondays by contacting Langer’s Entertainment Center at Donations@langersfun.com. Restrictions may apply.
Langer’s entertainment center excited to back in our community’s lives! We understand that that you have had to provide entertainment for both yourself and possibly children running wild in the home, and now we can help.
A true PNW original, our building screams entertainment for the entire family! Start on our amazing Rock Wall modeled on Smith Rock, then head over to Laser Tag to wrack up points against friends. Daredevils can run in the sky on our High Ropes Course (56’ feet tall at the peak), and finish it off in our amazing arcade!
We have revamped our arcade to provide the best possible experience for our guests. With new prizes in several arcade games, including plush toys and Bluetooth speakers. You can of course grab a partner and sit down to finish all the levels in Halo and you are bound to have a great time! We also have several arcade games for our smaller guests, but do not fill up on candy here when you can get pizza as well!
Family Night Out!
Family entertainment is never fun on an empty stomach, so get all the kids back on the ground and over to the restaurant for a delicious pizza from our Eats n’ Sweets counter. We take nothing but the freshest ingredients sourced from Tillamook to Bend to make sure we are a true Oregon family entertainment center.
Laser tag is a great birthday activity!
Birthday Parties!
Birthday parties are where we really make memories happen though. Your birthday child deserves the VIP experience, and we make it so you can relax at the birthday party! With different packages and add-ons, we can tailor the perfect fit for your child’s birthday.
It has been four years of essays, projects, studying, deadlines, extracurricular activities, dances, mid-terms, finals, and everything in between. Your senior has finally done it though, and graduation is just around the corner! This also means they need a venue to remember for graduation night, let us celebrate their achievements with an all-nighter to remember!
Our Northwest themed two story laser tag arena.
Langer’s Entertainment wants to host a grad night your grad will never forget, like only our venue can! Where else can your senior daredevils celebrate 56 feet in the sky like on our high ropes course? Or bring the great Oregon outdoors to you on our rock wall based on Oregon's famous Smith Rock? Then they can get their friends together and chase each other around our two-story laser tag arena. Spend time with friends prior to going to different colleges on our bowling lanes, be sure to take photos to remember! Just because they are becoming young adults, doesn't mean they wont love the arcade. With all this variety we will have something for everyone to make their graduation party a night to remember. With plenty of extra room space to throw on a movie to relax, or bowl upstairs in our VIP area.
If you want to step up your grad night to the next level, our venue can handle it in-house. Add a premium add-on like our Espresso Bar (including energy drinks) to keep the party going, blackjack tables to sit down and stack up those chips, and giant Jenga! Would it be a graduation party without karaoke? (One more chance for a parent chaperone to embarrass their grad!) Langer’s Entertainment has it all taken care of for your grads(and your sanity!).
Langer’s will get your seniors final summer started right!
The Langer family has been a staple of Sherwood, Oregon, since the Langer farm was built in 1879. With Langer’s Entertainment Center, we hope to share our steadfast love of the community of Sherwood with everyone and to provide a gathering place that everyone will enjoy.
We have so many attractions and so much fun to offer, it’s hard to know where to start! We’ve brought the outdoor fun indoors for you, which is especially handy considering the winter weather can be cold and rainy. Just 10 miles outside of Portland, we’ve created an indoor treasure trove of activities the whole family will appreciate. For your entertainment in Sherwood, here are our biggest attractions (starting with our climbing wall!) and some small ones too!
Climbing Wall
We’re not gonna lie, we had some fun designing this one, and we think it’s a fabulous feather in our cap. This rock wall is modeled after Oregon’s Smith Rock, with 21 different paths named and modeled after actual paths on the real Smith Rock. It towers a whopping 46 feet high and includes routes for beginners, intermediate climbers, and advanced climbers. We have timed routes too, so you can challenge your friends to a race to the top!
We know you parents are thinking about safety for your climbers: fear not! Each climber is given an automatic belay, which provides security and milestones for each climber. Climbing shoes are required and are provided. If you’re already a climber, you can even bring your own. Either way, come prepared to be challenged!
The age recommendation for our climbing wall is for ages six and older. However, we have something for anyone not quite ready for the climbing wall.
Timber Town
Your little ones (under 50 inches tall) will have a ball in this safe, interactive play place for your younger children. It’s a gigantic children’s soft play area for all your little climbers. Clear views into the structure provide peace of mind for the adults in your party, and there’s seating outside of the area so moms and dads can supervise and relax while enjoying a drink or a snack or a break.
Bowling
What entertainment center would be complete without bowling? Everyone is welcome to play, and our alley is extra special. The 22 lanes on our main level are decorated with authentic brick masonry, a nod to some local history in the 1890s when Sherwood had a brick kiln called the Portland Pressed Brick Company. These masonry walls and columns provide an aesthetic that is unique to us.
Want to throw a bowling party? Not to worry, we’ve got you covered. Included in the lanes downstairs, open for general bowling, we also have a four-lane semi-private suite for smaller events and groups.
The Tack Room
In addition to these lanes, you can also go upstairs to the Tack Room, a VIP space with an additional four private bowling lanes. The Tack Room is also special in that it’s a bit of a museum. The bar is historic, made with a tree from the Langer cattle ranch, and you can see the blacksmith’s anvil that belonged to Langer Farm’s original founder, Ferdinand Langer Sr.
This distinguished space is rentable and can fit up to 250 guests for your holiday party, corporate event, or wedding reception—the sky’s the limit! From the windows in the Tack Room, you can look down on the rest of the entertainment center and marvel at the giant elk antler chandelier. Other features include free-play vintage arcade games, darts, and billiards. Comfortable seats, lots of space, great food and drinks, what more could you want? We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again—there’s something for everyone here!
Laser Tag
We really pulled out all the stops on this one. You’re going to like this unique take on a classic game. From the entrance through your entire experience at Langer Farm’s laser tag, you’ll be awed by our Northwest log mill–themed laser tag attraction. It’s like a Northwest log mill meets a futuristic sci-fi battle!
Battle your friends and family across nearly 5,000 square feet of high-tech fun. There are two levels where up to three 10-person teams can play. You can come nose-to-nose with Sasquatch while you go toe-to-toe with your opponents. On top of that, interactive targets provide additional ways to score for your team.
Campfire
We’re exhausted just telling you about all our great attractions. Time for a break! After all, there’s nothing more relaxing than a good campfire. Gather around our huge eight-foot diameter campfire and sit on an authentic juniper log round. We’ve created an outdoor-like environment where you can relax with family and friends and watch the action around you. Make sure to try a hot beverage from our authentic Thunder Mountain Cabin or another favorite beverage from the bar.
Hungry Yet?
Food sounds good—and we have plenty of choices for you! We have everything from finger foods and appetizers to burgers, pizzas, salads, and even some pub food. Fish and chips, baked meatballs, sandwiches, and chicken tenders all make appearances on our menu.
Langer’s uses 100 percent all-natural Country Natural Beef for our burgers, and all our burgers come with a choice of one of our house sides: baked beans, Langer’s carrot raisin salad, a green salad, mac & cheese, or fried potatoes.
You can get a personal pizza or a medium or large pie to share with the table. There are the tried-and-true favorites: pepperoni, combo, Hawaiian, or cheese pizza. Then there are the more original kinds, including the Love My Meats (pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, and salami), but also more unusual choices, for instance, the prosciutto fig pizza (including prosciutto, figs, ricotta, and arugula).
What’s the take-away here (aside from the rest of your pizza)? At Langer’s Entertainment, we’ve captured the spirit of the Pacific Northwest while creating the ultimate entertainment center in Sherwood. We’ve got something for everyone here, from our rock wall to great food and beyond. We’d love to host your event or your rainy afternoon. Visit our website for information about hours, promotions, and attractions. See you soon!
